Our Health Standards

• Parent Health Testing – All our breeding dogs undergo thorough health screenings to minimize the risk of genetic disorders.
• Veterinary Check-Up – Every puppy receives a complete health evaluation by a licensed veterinarian before joining their new family.
• Vaccinations & Deworming – Puppies are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments to ensure their well-being.
• Socialization & Early Training – Raised in a loving environment, our puppies are exposed to household sounds, people, and gentle handling, making them well-adjusted and confident.

Health Guarantee Terms

• Initial Vet Visit – We require new owners to take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of bringing them home. If a serious health concern is diagnosed and verified by a vet within this period, we will offer a replacement puppy or a refund, as agreed.
• Congenital Defects – If a life-threatening congenital condition is diagnosed within one year of purchase and confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we will replace the puppy or provide a refund.
• Lifetime Support – We offer ongoing guidance and support, helping you navigate your puppy’s health, nutrition, and training as they grow.

Exclusions

This health guarantee does not cover:

• Conditions caused by neglect, improper care, injury, or accidents.
• Stress-related illnesses after relocation.
• Any illness occurring after the initial 72-hour vet check period if the puppy has not been examined by a licensed veterinarian.
